Our supermarkets offer a great selection of produce, meats, seafood, wine, and grocery items.
When in fact we had the 4th one on the conveyor belt, which we always do and at the time when the item is up for ring up, we would alert the checker of the ones in the cart because it's buy 3 and get the fourth one free, which we did when it was up to be scanned. But instead it was to ring up three boxes of soda that we had left under the cart like we were trying to get away with them for free. In fact at that exact moment the checker made an obvious move towards our cart at first I thought it was to help me with the cans because he wasn't. I proceeded to pull out the cans from the bag and rescued by bananas.he just stood there looking at me like he didn't understand the problem, he didn't help remove the cans and nor he or the cashier apologized. I said "Whoa guy, you can't put heavy cans on top of the bananas, that will bruise them". The young man bagging the groceries filled up one bag with produce and my bananas still hadn't been bagged, I looked away and looked back to find he had put the bananas in the bottom of one bag and was now piling heavy cans on top of them, instead of the other way around. I always make sure to load the conveyer with my produce, cans, and cold stuff together, so they can be bagged accordingly.
